Mike’s career began in the financial sector in the 80s, when he held leadership roles as a Director of Derivative Trading at Banque de Gestion Privee' in Paris and as a Designated Primary Market Maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. After serving as an assistant boys varsity basketball coach at 1998 Illinois state champion Chicago Whitney Young HS, Naiditch transitioned to begin his two decades of experience as a basketball agent.
